Financial and accounting reports are among the most important sources of information in any organization and serve as a fundamental reference for decision-makers. Given the importance of quick and accurate access to this data, the Reports System in CloudSellPOS is designed to allow you to obtain all reports with a single click, anytime and anywhere, with the highest levels of accuracy and flexibility.
Available Report Types
- Item Movement Reports: Complete tracking of any item’s inflow and outflow within inventories, with multiple filters such as: item name, inventory, transaction type, salesman, and transaction date, in addition to sorting and ordering options.
- Inventory Report: Shows the movement of a specific item in a designated inventory with filtering capabilities similar to item reports.
- Item Balances Report (Inventory): Displays the balance of each item in inventories up to a specific date, supporting filtering by item, inventory, date, and sorting results.
- Accounts Report: Detailed view of financial entries for each account, including current and historical balances, supported by filters such as account, salesman, currency, and date range.
- Customer/Supplier Account Statement: A report dedicated to customer or supplier accounts, containing details of financial transactions with filtering options by currency and date.
- Salesmen Report: Displays activities and transactions related to each salesman, such as sales invoices and receipt vouchers.
- Daily Report: Shows all financial entries entered into the system with debit and credit details.
- Modified Entries Archive: A report for entries that have been deleted or modified, with filtering by account, salesman, currency, action, and date range.
- Modified Item Movements Archive: Displays modified or deleted entries related to item movements.
- Trial Balance Report: An auditing tool showing account balances up to a specific date to determine total debit and credit amounts.
- Income Statement Report: Shows the organization's performance through main account balances up to a specific date.
Access Flexibility and Permissions
All reports are supported by advanced filters that facilitate precise and fast information retrieval, with results displayed in ascending or descending order according to user preference. To ensure data confidentiality, report access is limited to specific roles based on the tasks and permissions granted to each user.
